Our Chef

Our Executive Head Chef has been developing new dishes that are authentic in their ingredients but designed more for the western palate.

The Lane extensive menu offers culinary delights from all over the Indian sub- continent with a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Our intention is to create a delicate, yet satisfying balance of flavours and textures to satisfy all palates.

The spices and many ingredients are imported directly or purchased from local and specialist suppliers to ensure the highest quality is maintained throughout the preparation and cooking process. Our menu is made up of a variety of dishes ranging from some unique innovative creations of our very own award-winning Chefs, to give you a real taste of the Indian sub-continent or less spicy dishes for the milder palate.
